About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
The experience is an immersive journey into space aboard the International Space Station. It lasts approximately 40 to 45 minutes through guided VR.
We ask visitors to kindly remain silent during their visit to SPACE EXPLORERS: THE INFINITE to encourage greater immersion for all.
Where is the experience located?
The experience will be located at West Edmonton Mall, Level 2 | Phase III next to Sport Chek.
Is there parking available?
Visitors can park in the West Edmonton Mall parkades or surface-level parking lot. Valet service is offered at entrance 50.
Handicap parking spaces are located at each entrance and level of the mall. Parking lots 48, 50, and 58 have the most handicap parking spots available.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
Please expect to spend about 45 minutes with us. This does not account for any wait time that could incur.
In what language is the experience presented?
The experience is presented in English. There may be subtitles in French and Mandarin.
Is the experience accessible for children?
The experience is accessible to those 8 years of age or older. Children aged 8–12 will need a waiver signed by their parent/guardian. Children under 8 will not be admitted, including babies in carriers, as not recommended by VR manufacturers.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Yes. Guests may take photos and videos for personal use only. We’d love for you to tag us at @infinityexperiences_official.
Please note: the use of flashes and tripods is strictly prohibited. Press or professional photography is only allowed with prior authorization and staff accompaniment.
Is the experience the same for everyone?
No. SPACE EXPLORERS: THE INFINITE is different for every visitor. Each person explores the International Space Station in their own unique way.
Is it necessary to dress a specific way for this experience?
We recommend comfortable clothing and shoes, as you'll move freely. High heels are not allowed. Hats and caps are not recommended due to the VR headset. Backpacks, even small ones, are not permitted. Only small side handbags are allowed.
How many people can take part in the experience in the same group?
Groups consist of up to 6 visitors. Multiple groups can follow the experience together.
Are there any potential risks associated with the experience?
The experience may lead to a loss of balance. It is less suitable for people with vertigo, balance issues, or certain health concerns. Please inform our team so we can assist.
Some participants may experience mild discomfort or disorientation. Those prone to motion sickness might feel unsteady or nauseous. We take safety seriously and have measures in place to help all participants.
Are backpacks allowed into the experience?
For the safety of others, backpacks (even small ones) are not permitted.
Can I bring my baby?
For safety reasons, babies are not allowed in the experience, whether in carriers or strollers.
Is it safe to experience this if I'm pregnant?
There are no contraindications from VR headset manufacturers, but it is advised to consult your doctor before attending. Note that bending down is required to access one chapter of the experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase. Please note there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.
Are there lockers and or a coat check on site?
Yes, lockers with keys are available before entering the experience. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are there bathrooms available at the venue?
Yes, bathrooms are available at the mall.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for the most up-to-date information.

Where can I get tickets?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets:
What payment methods are accepted on-site?
Payment methods accepted on-site include credit and debit cards. Cash is not accepted.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket. If you arrive late, your entry cannot be guaranteed.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at AAAAA
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 8 years old.
Accessibility
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed due to the multi-user tracking technology.
Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, with certain conditions. All entrances and exits are designed with a wide enough space for manual wheelchairs, canes, walkers, or alternative manual mobility devices.
Please note: Motorized wheelchairs are not permitted as they can damage our floor-mounted equipment.
For those with reduced mobility, we have several options:
With a companion: To enhance the experience, companions are encouraged to do the VR component as well. One companion may enter free of charge. Manual Transport Wheelchairs are available on-site, free of charge.
Attending alone: We can activate a larger virtual protection radius around you during the VR segment to ensure comfort and safety.
Motorized Wheelchair Users:
Motorized wheelchairs that can switch to manual mode are
allowed.
Companions are encouraged to join the VR and may enter free of
charge.
For those unable to switch to manual mode, a seated, edited
360-degree immersive documentary version is available.
Manual Transport Wheelchairs can be provided on-site free of
charge;
please call in advance to reserve one.
Can I wear eyeglasses?
Yes, eyeglasses can be worn. Staff will help position the headset correctly. Nearsighted individuals should keep their glasses on. Reading or farsighted glasses are not necessary. Glasses wider than 150 mm (5.9 in) may pose an issue. Contacts are recommended for large frames.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals?
Closed captions are available for SPACE EXPLORERS: THE INFINITE.
Can I participate with hearing aids?
You can participate with hearing aids, but they cannot be linked to the VR Headset.
I have balance issues or a history of vertigo. Can I still participate?
This experience can trigger vertigo. Please inform our staff upon arrival, and they will assist you accordingly.
What are the accessibility options for a visually impaired individual?
A visually impaired visitor will be limited to the seated experience for their own safety and that of others, minimizing the risk of collisions. A companion is welcome and may enter free of charge.
Is the experience safe for people with heart conditions or epilepsy?
We do not recommend participation for individuals with heart conditions or epilepsy. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns prior to attending.
Can the VR experience be uncomfortable or unsuitable for certain people?
VR is not recommended for individuals with claustrophobia, agoraphobia, fear of heights, or epilepsy. People prone to motion sickness may experience discomfort such as drowsiness, increasing injury risk during physical activity.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance during the experience are entitled to one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker. Simply show proof of need at the entrance.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but seating is available if you need to rest. Please feel free to take a break if needed.

Are school group visits offered?
Yes, SPACE EXPLORERS: THE INFINITE is a great activity for schools and day camps interested in exploring technology, space, and science. We offer preferential pricing for school groups and will work with you to create a fun and enriching experience for your students.

Are corporate or private group bookings available?
Do all the members of my group have to be together to register?
Yes, if you want to experience it together. If your group members are expected to arrive at different times, we recommend ordering your tickets separately.
